By entering the ECLIPSE Driving Music DVD contest sponsored by Fujitsu Ten, you agree to the following contest rules, terms and conditions.
How to Enter
No purchase necessary to win. To enter, visit http://eclipsedrivingmusic.com/ and submit your entry by 11:59 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on March 27, 2008. Your entry must be completely filled out and a valid email address entered to qualify for the contest. Only one entry is permitted per email address. ECLIPSE is not responsible for parties unable to enter due to lack of Internet access or technical difficulties.
Eligibility
Only U.S. residents residing in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia (excluding Florida) are eligible to enter. Sorry, but no entries will be accepted from foreign addresses, including APO addresses and addresses in U.S. territories.
By submitting your entry, you are acknowledging that you are at least 13 years of age. Participants under age 13 at the time of entry will be disqualified. Employees of ECLIPSE, Fujitsu Ten and Off Madison Ave, as well as their immediate family members (parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members, are not eligible for this contest.
Deadlines
Contest ends on March 27, 2008. Grand Prize winners will be selected and notified via email by March 31, 2008. DVD winners will receive their ECLIPSE Driving Music DVD at the address provided within 4-6 weeks of entry.
Prizes and Winner Selection
2,500 entries received before the contest deadline will win a copy of ECLIPSE Driving Music 2008. All entrants will be entered into a Grand Prize drawing to win one of three AVN6620 CD/DVD/Navigation systems. Please note that Grand Prizes include the AVN6620 unit only. Installation, specialized mounting hardware or other expenses to be paid by the winner. Contact your nearest ECLIPSE dealer for information on installation and other costs.
Grand Prize winners will be chosen at random by March 31, 2008 and notified via email. In the event that a Grand Prize winner does not comply with contest guidelines, an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. For a list of Grand Prize winners, please send a request to info@eclipsedrivingmusic.com after March 31, 2008.
Cancellation
ECLIPSE maintains the right to suspend, modify or cancel the contest at any time due to fraud, technical problems or any other factor outside our control that impairs the integrity of the contest. In this event, ECLIPSE may award prizes randomly from the eligible entries received before the contest's impairment. Any entrant found to have tampered with the entry process, behaved in an unsportsmanlike manner or otherwise violated the contest rules may be disqualified by ECLIPSE at any time.
